London, 9th August 2023 – We are delighted to welcome Ateesh Srivastava to the Ciesco team as Managing Director. Based in London and operating globally, he will primarily cover the Technology & Software sector.
Ateesh brings more than a decade of investment banking experience focused on the Technology & Software sector. He has an extensive track record of successful sector-focused transactions, a global network of senior level contacts within trade and financial organisations, and a roster of long term trusted client relationships.
Previously, Ateesh held advisory roles within the Technology & Software focused corporate finance teams at global investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, Arma Partners, and DC Advisory. During his tenure at these firms, Ateesh advised both public and private clients in the Technology & Software sector with M&A and capital raising transactions. His completed deals include advising on the sale of Sycurio to Livingbridge; the sale of Texthelp to Five Arrows; the sale of Bluerunner to Parent Pay; the sale of AIM Software to Simcorp; the sale of Neoxam to Cathay Capital & BPIfrance; and the sale of Payzone to AIB & First Data.
With Ateesh’s extensive corporate finance experience, sector-specific transaction knowledge in Technology & Software, and ability to foster long-term relationships with his wide industry network, he will undoubtedly hold a valuable role at Ciesco.
Ateesh holds an MBA in Finance from NMIMS University, Mumbai, and a B. Tech degree in ICT from DA-IICT, Gandhinagar.
