Ciesco acted as exclusive advisers to Textappeal, independent cross-cultural marketing agency, on their sale to advertising production specialist Loveurope.
Through the acquisition, Textappeal will continue to operate under the leadership of its founder and chief executive Elliot Polak. Under the terms of the deal, Polakwill joins Loveurope’s board and will also work at a group level to help expand Loveurope’s international brand client portfolio and offering.
