William Jones

Will is an Analyst at Ciesco, supporting deal teams across the full M&A lifecycle, from origination through to execution, with a particular emphasis on the Creative, Media, and Technology sectors.

He plays a central role in day-to-day transaction execution, working closely with clients and investors to deliver seamless outcomes. Will’s responsibilities include conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing valuations, and supporting the development of comprehensive deal documentation. His work spans international markets, providing insights into both established and emerging opportunities.

Drawing on a background in audit and investment banking, Will brings a strong mix of technical expertise and commercial perspective to his role. Prior to joining Ciesco, he gained valuable experience at KPMG and DC Advisory. Will is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, and holds a Master of Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Geography from the University of Nottingham.

Outside of work, Will enjoys running, spending time with friends, and following Leeds United.
