TM Advertising in Dallas, Texas, has been sold to the agency’s management team in an acquisition led by CEO Becca Weigman. With a storied history dating back more than 80 years, TM is one of the Southwest’s most influential advertising and marketing communications agencies.

Ciesco acted as the exclusive advisor to the parent company of TM Advertising, McCann Worldgroup.
