Ciesco has successfully advised Erik Dochtermann on his management buy-out of MODCO Media, a full-service media agency based in New York, from Serviceplan Group, the largest independent agency group in Europe.

MODCO has regained its status as a fully independent media agency following the founder-led MBO. The company provides comprehensive media services across Entertainment, Finance and Gaming sectors, delivering expertise for international blue chip clients such as Crypto.com, FOX and Annapurna.

Management has ambitious growth plans for the newly independent business with an objective to branch into adjacent sectors and enhance its service offering to clients through expansion into new product lines including SEO, search and social.
