Ciesco acted as exclusive advisor to Story Worldwide on the sale of its UK operations to Aesop Agency.
Story Worldwide is a New York-based content marketing agency with over 250 employees across the US and the UK. UK clients include Johnson & Johnson, Medtronic, Westfield and Smith & Nephew.
The agency has begun to be integrated within Aesop, and will work out of its London offices in Golden Square.
