Zoja is partner at Ciesco Germany and leads the firms activities in this increasingly important and active region. He has over 30 years experience in digital, media and all related technologies sectors.

Zoja is one of the most experienced media executives in the German market. His extensive range of contacts and deep understanding of the German digital, media, marketing and technology businesses allows him to connect this important region with the rest of Ciesco network across the globe for our clients. He has worked with business owners and management teams within the market and globally with both their growth and M&A strategies.

Prior to Ciesco, Zoja has held senior executive positions across the sector including Group CEO of Dentsu Aegis Group Germany, managing 14 operating companies from programmatic to code, content and creative across 5 locations, where he has originated, closed and integrated acquisitions.. Prior experience included roles at leading organisations, such as CEO at DAVINCI Selectwork (part of Omnicom), CEO at DaimlerChryslerMediaAlliance (JV with Omnicom), CEO at CIA Germany (Wavemaker today), Head of TV at Optimedia (Publicis) and Group Head of Media Buying at Mediacom (WPP).

Zoja has a passion for innovation and growth by developing new services in the agency sector, be it by organic or M&A initiatives.
