Diana Sinko

Diana plays a crucial role in the M&A transaction cycle at Ciesco, providing deal support from origination through to execution. Drawing from her background in investment banking and corporate finance, Diana brings perspectives that add significant value when collaborating with clients.

As an integral part of the Ciesco team, Diana’s responsibilities encompass research & insights, commercial and financial analysis, and preparation of transaction documentation. She continuously tracks market dynamics, private equity trends, and industry developments, leveraging her academic excellence and practical experience to provide strategic insights.

Prior to joining Ciesco, Diana acquired experience at Hyndland Partners, a boutique investment banking advisory. During her tenure there, she developed a solid foundation in financial analysis and M&A advisory by working on EMEA and APAC deals.

Diana’s academic journey includes a first-class honours degree in BSc Business with Marketing from Bayes Business School in London, UK. During her studies, Diana was awarded the prestigious Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS) honor, recognizing her as among the top 10% of her cohort.

Outside of her professional pursuits, diving and travel play a significant role in Diana’s life. She is also passionate about contributing back to the community by actively volunteering at nonprofit organizations.
