About this transaction
Ciesco acted as exclusive advisor to Textappeal, an independent cross-cultural marketing agency, on its sale to advertising production specialist Loveurope.
Through the acquisition, Textappeal will continue to operate under the leadership of its founder and chief executive Elliot Polak. Under the terms of the deal, Polak will join Loveurope’s board and will also work at a group level to help expand Loveurope’s international brand client portfolio and offering.
