Adriana is a Director of Ciesco. She has more than 15 years of investment banking experience gained within boutique investment banks and strategic consultancies both in the UK and the US. Adriana has advised on UK and cross-border M&A and fundraising deals, working with clients across a broad spectrum: business owners/entrepreneurs, corporates and PE clients.

Ciesco clients are able to benefit from Adriana’s extensive M&A transaction experience, strong commercial and technical acumen, analytical approach throughout every stage of the transaction process. At Ciesco, Adriana has worked on deals around the globe, including the sale of MWG Health Australian operations to Ward6, sale of US-based ModCo Media to Serviceplan, sale of UK-based Rippleffect to Idox, sale of Dutch agency Lemz to Havas, sale of UK-based Stream:20 to CACI, to name a few.

Prior to joining Ciesco, Adriana worked at Pall Mall Capital, a London-based investment bank. She was previously at a leading mid-West US investment banking firm, Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where she worked on M&A, exit planning, corporate restructuring assignments. Following completion of her MBA degree, she gained relevant experience whilst working for a London-based global consultancy focused on competitive intelligence and business strategy.
